We are a fully accredited and licensed Building contractor and are also dedicated to the innovation of the Robust alternative Building System., We are also registered with the NHBRC and CIDB.
Dach Exec projects has been building homes and completing alterations / projects since 2002.
In 2005 / 2006 our company was the contractor who delivered the first two Robust show houses in the Eric Molobi Innovation Hub in Tzwane, working with the NHBRC, showcasing the Robust RDP and affordable housing concepts. With our recent delivery ( 2008 and 2009 ) of the newly designed RDP housing concept you can’t miss how much we have innovated our building systems and this showing our dedication to world class quality and service delivery in this field.
We are registered with the NHBRC and have worked closely with them and ABSA Bank from the Innovation Hub in 2006 until today. We have continued our ties with ABSA Bank and have completed the first fully bonded 300 Square meter alternative building system, Robust house in the exclusive Clearwater Estate in Kempton Park for a private client who now has our state of the art building concepts in his home.
Since 2006 we have completed many other Building projects ranging from offices, factories, shops storerooms, alterations, single and double storey dwellings, boundary walls, etc.
In 2007 we built and developed an exclusive private GAME LODGE outside Pretoria, being one of the flagship projects within the Robust Company to date.
Towards the end of 2008, through innovation, we built one of the biggest Robust Structures constructed to date, being the Lisel Hardware (Jacks Paint) a franchise store in the center of Benoni – Taking the product to new heights (1000 square meter and walls over 9 meters high)
In November 2009 we received the mandate and have completed and built a RDP
SHOWHOUSE in the NORTH WEST PROVINCE with full approval from the Local Government, community, Tribal Council and TRIBAL CHIEF
In early 2010 Dach Projects was awarded a 350 square meter, double story DWELLING on the waters edge of BRONKHORSTPRUIT DAM and completed the project using all the new Dach concepts and designs , a full turn key project.
Moving into 2011- 2012 Dach Projects was awarded a government project in the Free State building a 2km perimeter boundary wall around a new housing development in Kroonstad
The project has been completed and was on time and within budget.
Dach Exec Projects have been awarded many other private projects ,these we have funded ourselves and completed with great success over the past 14 years
Scope of works being - bathroom renovations, residential boundary walls, water features, ponds, eng stairs, 9 m building arches, facades, complete homes, office renovations, brick car port structures, paving, garages,garden cottages, entertainment areas and many others.
